LafargeHolcim collects information from the visitors with questions and electronic forms. These data allow us to respond to your requests for information. LafargeHolcim as a data controller implemented a processing of personal data whose purpose is: managing the relationship between LafargeHolcim and the user by only collecting data upon user’s specific request to be contacted. (such as the surname, the name, the job position, the name and the address of the company you work for, your email, your phone number).

This information is aimed at LafargeHolcim and also its processors and partners for the above-mentioned purposes. Recipients of your personal data may then be located in any country. This may include countries located outside of Switzerland, where data protection laws provide a lesser degree of protection. In such case, we will ensure an adequate level of protection for your personal data in accordance with applicable laws, by requiring the recipient to enter into data transfer agreement based on the EC Model Clauses or an equivalent standard.
